Your skills and availability will be compared to open positions by the agencies through the use of our search engine. Once you have been matched to a position your contact information will be made available to the agency. The agencies will then contact you with the information and job offer.

Who has access to my information?
Your information is held in confidence. The only information that is given out is your name, contact information, your last log-in date and your skill level to subscribing agencies in search of a qualified caregiver.

How often do I need to log in?
Log-in as often as you need to keep your availability schedule and contact information up to date. Note that subscribing agencies will typically call caregivers with the most recently updated information so keeping your schedule up to date will only increase your opportunities for more job placements.

FindYourCare.com is a caregiver matching service. We strictly provide contact and availability information to our subscribing Agencies. All caregiver screening and background checks are the responsibility of the hiring agencies. FindYourCare.com highly recommends all Agencies conduct at the very minimum DOJ LiveScan screening along with personal reference checks.

Do you guarantee availability of Caregivers?
FindYourCare.com offers the most comprehensive and up to date living database of available caregivers to Agencies. We encourage our registered caregivers to update their schedule frequently so we may provide you with up to the minute availabilities. However we cannot guarantee that a caregiver has entered and is maintaining their most recent availability. When our searches are completed, we post along with the contact data of each caregiver the last time they updated their data.
